PRIVACY STATEMENT

TEUCO Guzzini S.p.A., headquartered at no. 12, Via Avogadro – Zona Ind.le E.Fermi, 62010 Montelupone (MC), the controller of the data processing operation, hereby advises that any personal data acquired by or provided to TEUCO Guzzini S.p.A. shall be processed as set out in and in conformity with Italian Leg. Decree 196/2003 entitled ”Personal data protection code“.
With reference to such data, Teuco advises the following:

1. the data processing shall be carried out in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the same using both hard copy and automated tools (be that computerised or by electronic transmission), in order to store, handle or transmit the data in question;
2. the data will be processed by Teuco directly and/or disclosed to companies that it considers trustworthy and/or to Agents within its sales network and/or to Customers, and to persons who carry out market research and analysis activities;
3. the processing is for the purposes of sending Customers sales promotions and information, advertising materials and newsletters;
4. the processing will involve the use of printed matter or automatic means;
5. there is no obligation to supply personal data;
6. the statutory rights of the Customer as defined under Article 7 of Italian Leg. Decree  196/2003 remain unaffected and are exercisable as prescribed in the said article, in particular the right to:
1. obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of his/her personal data;
2. obtain an indication of the identification details of the controller, of the processor if any, and of the purpose and methods of the processing operation;
3. request that his/her personal data be updated or cancelled and receive confirmation that the request has been met;
4. disallow processing of his/her personal data.                                                     
7. the data collected may be disclosed to private and/or public persons who provide specific processing services of a management nature to

Teuco Guzzini S.p.A. or carry out research activities aimed at identifying the response of the market and in particular of the company’s target clientèle, including potential customers, with the purpose of improving its range of products or services.
